INSURANCE DETAILS
We do self insurance which means that if you take insurance
with us, we will take full responsability for any damage done to the item in
transit.
We do self insurance because insurance companies generally rip you off and if
you have to make a claim you have to go through a complicated time
consuming process. Using our self insurance is quick and simple

$5 + 4% of item
price.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE TO CLAIM?
When you recieve your item visually inspect it for any signs
of damage before signing for it.
If your item has been damaged in transit
let us know asap on 0414785605, 0755358124 or by email through
ebay.
We will either request that you email us a photograph of the damage or we will arrange for the item to be returned to us for assesment (At our cost).
Once assesed, we will repair or pay repair costs.
If
the item is not able to be repaired to your satisfaction, we will replace the
item.
If the item is not able to be replaced, we will refund your money in
full.
